Free test before purchase

A free test is recommended before purchasing a plan. The test helps confirm whether the service works on your device and whether your network conditions are suitable.

Subscription terms

Subscriptions provide access for the selected period. The user should review the plan duration, price, supported devices, and setup requirements before purchasing.

No automatic renewal unless clearly agreed

There is no automatic renewal unless it is clearly agreed with the customer in advance. A trial does not automatically become a paid plan.

Refund policy reference

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. A refund may be available for qualifying technical issues reported within 24 hours after purchase, after support has had a chance to solve the issue.

Prohibited misuse

Users must not resell access without permission, misuse account details, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use the service in a way that violates applicable rules or third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

MonPlayerPro is not responsible for issues caused by unstable internet, unsupported devices, incorrect app setup, third-party app changes, or user configuration errors. Service support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
