Free test before purchase

We recommend using the free test before purchase. Testing first helps confirm whether your device, app setup, and internet connection can use the service correctly.

When a refund may be available

A refund may be available if the service does not technically work and the issue is connected to service access rather than device setup, internet instability, or incorrect app configuration.

Report within 24 hours

The technical issue must be reported within 24 hours after purchase. Reports should include the order details, device type, app used, screenshots if available, and a clear description of the problem.

Support must be given a chance to solve the issue

Before a refund decision is made, our support team must be given a reasonable chance to review the issue, provide setup instructions, test the access, or offer a technical solution.

Non-refundable cases

No refund is provided after successful activation and normal usage. A refund is also not provided for wrong app setup, unstable internet, wrong device configuration, or a change of mind after use.

  • Access data was entered incorrectly.
  • The app or device was not configured correctly.
  • The internet connection is unstable or too slow.
  • The service has already been activated and used normally.
  • The customer changes their mind after successful use.
